PLEASE NOTE:  If your water service has been turned off for non-payment, and you pay by credit card online, you must contact the Utilities Office at 580-436-6300 to schedule an appointment to have your service reinstated. 

Also, if you make an online payment after 4:00 p.m on the day before your cut-off date, the Utilities Office CANNOT guarantee that your service won't be turned off.
